A premium global organization is a prosperous wing and commercial business journey of Hans Group which was started in the year 1920 by our great grand-father Sri Shamjibhai Kalidas came here in surat and started labor from 1920 to 1950. After that in 1950-68, he went to the agriculture field. After the 1968 flood, our grandfather brought some plots in surat and started the construction and sale of small houses.
In 1965 Sri Ratilal Shamjibhai join the hans group. He was the first one who started selling sugarcane on the roadside, from 1968 to 2012 he also started bricks manufacturing and Real Estate Business also. In 2000 Sri Ajay Ratilal and Sri Ketan Ratilal join Hans Group also. In addition, Hans group also started Petroleum in 2012, Solar Power energy Plant at Telangana State in 2016, and Wisdom International School in 2017.
We have created a Hans Empire, who provides approx 7,000 plots and houses to the middle class families & approx10, 00,000 sq. ft. of commercial properties around the SURAT city area. We never looked back and keep growing further with help of our loyal customers, suppliers, our teammates, and the wisdom of our parents & grandparents.
